𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | In accordance with OP Memorandum No. 353, s. 2026, enhanced by JC No. 1, series of 2026, all concerned offices of the college are hereby authorized to adopt/implement an 𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 24 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 28, 2026. This period is designated for all concerned faculty members to finalize and submit necessary documentary requirements in compliance with CHED–DBM Joint Circular No. 3 Reclassification, while upholding the institution's commitment to continuous, high-quality educational delivery.
All administrative offices remain open to process standard transactions, requests, and inquiries.

This important assembly serves as a formal venue for the reading and discussion of CBL for academic year 2026-2027, and presentation of council matters that guide the continued service and governance of the student body. Through this gathering, the Council reaffirms its commitment to transparency, accountability, and active student participation in matters that shape the College of Health Sciences community.
