𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝙈𝙧. 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙉𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙧 , 𝙇𝙋𝙏, 𝙈𝘼𝙀𝙙 sharing his knowledge and training Bachelor in Human Services third year students in handling customer service.

The seminar workshop starts with the welcoming remarks of Mrs. Eva Coronado Sasuluya, LPT,RGC followed by the talk. This training is vital for this pioneer batch which they will experience the world of work of Human Services in school setting with their course, Field Experience 1 guided by the new Program Chairperson and Instructor — Mrs. Ma. France Sazon-Dechavez ,MAEd, RGC.

Calling all the CSPC- Bachelor in Human Services 3A!
The pioneering class of Human Services is about to embark on Field Experience 1, but before they dive in, they will be refining their skills with a session entitled "Training Episode on Customer Service in Field Experience 1.”

This fascinating training session, organized by the CSPC - BHumServ 3A class officers, will equip students with the essential tools and techniques to navigate client interactions confidently and professionally.

𝐁𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄 𝐔𝐏, 𝐁𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒! ✊🏼

As aspiring Human Services professionals, we, as future helpers, are known to be well-equipped to be effective helpers to others. However, we are not excluded from mental health concerns, for we experience mental burnout and compassion fatigue as well in our quest to support others.

Therefore, the 𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖-𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 prepared something to empower us helpers to be effective ones who are skillfully capable of helping themselves as well. A 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀' 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 and transform them into awareness and resilience through an effective collaborative approach.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: The successful extension activity of BHUMSERV 3A’s "𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐍: 𝐀 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲-𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦," conducted in San Juan Integrated School on November 30, 2023. Together with the BHUMSERV Chairperson: Mrs. Eva Sasuluya; the BHUMSERV Faculty: Mrs. Leny Figuracion; the CAS Extension Coordinator: Mrs. Daisylen Alano; the keynote speaker: Mr. Leo Francis Barbonio; the School Principal of SJIS: Mrs. Maricel Bernal; and the selected students and parents in the 4th grade of SJIS, spearheaded by the activity leader, Ms. Radiyyih Bello, hosted by Ms. Olirie Bañaria and Mr. Ricsan Soroan, and backboned by each responsible committee composed by the BHUMSERV students.

Through the cooperation of the aforementioned personnel, the event's anticipated success was enlivened.
