One of our members, a Level IV nursing student, is currently confined at Bicol Medical Center and is in need of a male platelet donor with B+ blood type who is willing to undergo apheresis—a procedure where platelets are separated from the blood and the remaining components are returned to the donor.

We are preferably looking for someone who has previously donated blood, whether through whole blood donation or apheresis.

🩸𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
• Male, B+ blood type
• At least 50 kg in weight
• Normal blood pressure (not exceeding 160/100 mmHg)
• Visible veins, especially the median cubital vein
• Repeat donor (within the past year preferred)
• Well-rested, with no alcohol intake in the past 24 hours
• No fever, cough, colds, or current illness
• No tattoos or piercings within the past year

Rest with the Angels now, John Paul

It is with great sorrow that we share the sad news about the death of our schoolmate, John Paul Andalis, an incoming third-year student of Bachelor of Science in Nursing who joined our creator today, June 15, 2023 due to Sepsis.

In line with this, we are knocking to your kind hearts to assist them financially for the burial expenses of John Paul.
