In accordance with Memorandum No. 027-MSUN, s. 2026, if a holiday occurs during the week, the holiday shall be observed as a no-onsite workday while other days revert to the standard 8-hour work schedule.

In line with this policy, March 20, 2026 (Friday), in observance of Eid’l Fitr, shall be a no classes and no work day.

Meanwhile, from March 16 to March 19, 2026, work arrangements shall revert to the standard eight-hour onsite schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All faculty members, staff, and students are advised to be guided accordingly.

In view of Memorandum Order No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, and in strict compliance with the national government’s directive to institutionalize energy efficiency and conservation measures within the public sector, Mindanao State University at Naawan hereby adopts the following Implementing Guidelines for Energy Conservation Protocols and Flexible Work Arrangements.

These guidelines shall take effect starting March 16, 2026, and shall remain in force until otherwise amended or revoked by the University.
