Join us for the Plenary Talk by Roberto "Ka Dodoy" Ballon Jr., the celebrated 2021 Ramon Magsaysay Awardee and environmental champion; and CHED Region X Director Dr. Arlita Amapola B. Minguez. This will be followed by an engaging Stakeholders' Forum with our national agencies (DOST, DICT, DSWD, BFAR, DTI, DOST-PTRI, DAR) and local academic partners (City College of Cagayan de Oro, City College of El Salvador, Initiao College, and Opol Community College).
