All teaching and non-teaching personnel are required to fill out the Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) Form if you have availed of services from the office, such as:

โ€ข Step Increment Processing
โ€ข Salary Claim Differential
โ€ข Salary Claim for Newly Hired Personnel
โ€ข And other related office services

In addition, during the PTA Meeting, advisers are required to assist and ensure that parents fill out the said form.

In line with the Departmentโ€™s commitment to strengthen foundational skills and address persistent learning gaps, and pursuant to Republic Act No. 12028 (ARAL Program Act) and DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026, this Office announces the conduct of the following summer intervention programs from May 6 to June 2, 2026:

๐Ÿ“š Summer ARAL Reading and Mathematics
๐Ÿ“˜ Summer Academic Remedial Program (SARP)
๐ŸŽ“ Senior High School Remediation Program

These programs aim to provide targeted and responsive interventions to learners who require additional support in literacy, numeracy, and core academic areas to ensure improved learning outcomes and readiness for the next grade level.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Participants to these programs shall include:

๐Ÿ”น Junior High School and Senior High School Learners:
โ€ข Learners who obtained failing marks in one (1) or two (2) core subjects
