The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) In-Charge of Central Philippine Adventist College (CPAC), Mr. Eliseo Estita, served as a resource speaker during the UniFAST Orientation on the Revised 2026 TES and TDP Guidelines, held at Cรฉtadines Hotel, Bacolod City, on August 17โ18, 2026.
The two-day orientation brought together representatives from colleges and universities across the Negros Island Region (NIR), particularly TES In-Charges and College Accountants. The activity provided a venue for higher education institutions to gain a deeper understanding of the revised guidelines, clarify implementation concerns, and share effective practices in administering the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES).
As a representative of CPAC, recognized as a Best Implementer in TES implementation, the CPAC TES In-Charge shared the Collegeโs experiences, insights, and best practices in the effective administration and implementation of the program. The sharing highlighted CPACโs commitment to ensuring that qualified students receive the educational assistance intended to support their pursuit of higher education.
CPACโs participation as a resource speaker reflects the Collegeโs commitment to excellence, accountability, and effective scholarship administration. It also provides an opportunity for CPAC to contribute to the continuous improvement of TES implementation among higher education institutions in the region.
