The Katagalugan organization deeply mourns the passing of our beloved colleague and katagalugan member, Chestervin Fabregas. His unwavering dedication, sincere service, and genuine camaraderie left a meaningful mark on our community.

Though his time with us was brief, his impact was lasting. We are grateful for the moments shared and the memories created.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Fabregas family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow.

You welcomed everyone, even those who were not originally Katagalugan, and made them feel at home. Your leadership has been a beautiful example of humility and heart.

Under the leadership of President Angelie Bocala Catalan, you have shown what it means to lead with dedication, commitment, patience, understanding, and quiet strength. Your influence on the team and the entire organization will never be forgotten. You’ve shown that leadership is not only about being known or knowledgeable—but about the positive impact you leave on others.
