Also on June 4 & 5, 2024, another Culminating Activity prepared by BSHM 212 took place namely "Picnic Haven," a fine dining restaurant, handled also by Ms. Jenica D. Miclat. The event was a held by the hard work and dedication of the students throughout the semester, and it was a fitting end for their next step in their culinary journey.

The Culminating Activity of BSHM 212 the "Picnic Haven" was a day to remember. As it was a celebration of culinary excellence, friendship, and achievement. Everyone who had the pleasure of attending was very affected by the event, which served as a monument to the students' commitment and love of cooking. BSHM 212 deserves congratulations for a job well done.

On June 6 & 7, 2024, the BSHM 211 class put together a spectacular culminating activity that left everyone in attendance awestruck. The culminating event, titled "211 Diners," was a showcase of the students' culinary skills and creativity, under supervision by Ms. Jenica D. Miclat as they transformed the classroom into a vibrant and bustling restaurant setting.

The "211 Diners" culminating activity was a resounding success, showcasing the talents and hard work of the BSHM 211. The event was a testament to the students' dedication and passion for the culinary, and it left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of attending. Congratulations to the BSHM 211 for a job well done!.

ITS BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

Let's take a glimpse again for the "Hola Pallooza" a food and wine festival hosted by the students of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) 411 and 412 students under the guidance of Ms. Jenica D. Miclat. It is a highly anticipated occasion that brings together food and wine enthusiasts from all over the STICA community. This event is not just a gathering for culinary delights, but a showcase of the students' talent, creativity, and dedication to the hospitality industry.

Overall, "Hola Pallooza" was a resounding success, showcasing the talent and passion of the students involved and providing a memorable experience for all who were lucky enough to attend. With its delicious food, exquisite wines, and vibrant atmosphere, the event was a true celebration of the culinary arts and a testament to the power of good food to bring people together.

Tomorrow is the day! Be thrilled and have a blastful festival as we showcase hospitality and entertainment that you will never forget!

We will be entertaining walk-in guests, however tickets will be first come and first serve basis. As for our guest list for outsiders, please be reminded to bring any valid ID for there will be a checkpoint upon identification. So, join us tomorrow and have fun!

Outsiders can get their tickets by favoring someone they know inside the school to get theirs. Furthermore, if there will be tickets available during the event, we will be opening slots for walk-ins. Before ending this school year, our 2nd year BSHM Students prepared an exciting event for us! We are pleased to welcome and invite you all to our big event, entitled with “Holapallooza Food and Wine Festival” this Friday, June 14, 2024 at STICA’s Gymnasium and AVR. There will be variety of food and beverages, game booths, performance, and raffles! Get a chance to win a Starbucks Gift Certificate, Grasya Shirt, and many more! We are also happy to inform you that, outsiders are also welcome, just make sure to follow the dress code and bring your tickets!

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐇. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚 for joining and representing STI College Alabang in the recently held Mix 'N Flair TNT National Level Competition. 𝗜𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, and Mr. Dela Rosa has truly shown his skills and commitment to his craft.

The 2nd-year students of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program came together to celebrate their hard work and dedication throughout the subject Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) led by Ms. Jenica D. Miclat. The event was a glamourous affair, with students dressed to the nines in elegant gowns and sharp suits. 💃🤵

The ballroom was 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮. The day kicked off with a delicious food prepared by the students also, showcasing their skill and talent in the kitchen. The students were treated to a sumptuous feast, with each dish expertly crafted and beautifully presented.🍽

The stellar ball of BSHM-611 was a day of celebration, camaraderie, and achievement, a fitting end to a successful events management. It was a reminder of the hard work and dedication that had brought them all together, and a promise of more great things to come in the future.

Before the end of this month, We, the THM Society, wants to share a little throwback to the celebration of our dearest THM Department Head, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗧. 𝗖𝗲𝗮, who held her advanced birthday celebration on April 8, 2024, at the AVR.

The 3rd-year H.M. students and Ms. Mildred Latoza ensured that this celebration was more about giving the best day to Ms. Cea by arranging wonderful decorations, serving delicious dishes, and also inviting his husband and son, which made the event extra special. 💖🙌

We, the THM Society, are delighted to present STI College Alabang's excellent performance from the most recent Tagisan ng Talino at Sining 2024, which was hosted at STI College Rosario.

To all the participants of Tagisan ng Talino at Sining, thank you for sharing your creativity, talent, and passion with us. Their dedication to the competition are truly commendable.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for stepping up and taking part in these competitions. Regardless of whether you took home a medal or not, know that you are all winners in our eyes. Your willingness to put yourselves out there and push yourselves to do your best is what truly matters.

The Department of Tourism (DOT) has been actively promoting Filipino brand of service excellence in the hospitality industry. As part of their commitment to enhancing skills and capabilities of aspiring professionals, the DOT has initiated training programs for graduating students of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM).

The training program serves as a reminder of the importance of delivering top-notch service in the hospitality sector. This training program aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their future careers in the hospitality industry.

This signifacant training program was made possible because of the enganging guest speaker Mr. Charlie Garcia and his facilitators, Ms. Khristel and Ms. Jessa. Of course, the driving force behind the seminar was Ms. Mellani Cea and Ms. Mildred Latoza, lastly the Academic Head Mr. Ricson Ricardo and Ms. Anabelle Peralta, who are always encouraging and enthusiastic.

The recent fire incident at Mariategue and Joaquin Compound has left many families devastated and in need of assistance. In times of crisis, it is heartening to see the outpouring of support from the students of STI College Alabang. And with that, one of the ways in which the THM Society, Teatro Versátil, STICA Young Manager's Society, Athlos Club, and STICA Student Council have come together to help those affected by the fire is through donation-giving.

For the students who give this kind of blessing to those affected by the fire incident, we want to thank you for choosing to make a difference through your donation. We appreciate your support more than words can express. ❤️
