DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1 ) Ensure the highest possible quantitative and qualitative service level of teaching operation through coaching, training, counseling or mentoring of teachers and coordination with the Teacher Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders, specialists and other Department counterparts

2 ) On-Boarding Management
* Ensure optimum preparedness of all newly-hired employee
* Continuous assessment and improvement of PHT modules and activities

3 ) TM Employees Technical development Management
* Assess teachers’ language skills, assessment skills, teaching skills and other technical skills that may be required by the customers.
* Conceptualize training modules to address identified needs and gaps
* Develop and manages training programs for the continuous improvement of TM employees’ technical skills

4 ) Quality Assurance

* Ensures systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention in the service delivery of all departments
* Provides observation data, analysis and recommendation for non-conforming service.
* Assists in the recruitment process for teacher position applicants.
* Conducts a recommended number of classes to keep up with teaching trends and system updates.
* Develop and manage training programs for the continuous improvement of employees’ professional and social skills

5 ) System Development

* Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of company systems and organizational design as well as integrating separate departments to work together as a team

7 ) Attend and conduct training and development activities necessary to facilitate the achievement of expected targets and standards.

8 ) Attend and conduct meetings and other official activities at which attendance will be requested by management.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Liaises between QAPD, and CM&IT and TM regarding class-quality control and improvement
*Manages and ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of Internal Quality Audit
*Manages web and social media platforms used as avenues in promoting the company culture
*Manages and ensures effectiveness and efficiency of Document and Records Control
*Manages web and social media platforms used as avenues in promoting the company culture.
*Facilitates internal surveys and generates reports for measuring employee engagement and internal customer satisfaction
