UNCLAIMED REPORT CARDS (FORM 138)

All concerned that Report Cards (Form 138) that were not claimed during the posted schedule may now be obtained starting Monday, May 4, 2026.

CLAIMING SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMING:
FOR MINORS (Below 18 years old):
Authorization Letter signed by parent/guardian
One (1) photocopy of valid ID of the authorized
representative

In observance of Labor Day (May 1, 2026), Muntinlupa Cosmopolitan School will be closed on Friday, May 1, 2026.
Regular classes and business operations will resume on Monday, May 4, 2026.

This is in accordance with Proclamation No. 1189, series of 2025, which declares May 1, 2026 a regular holiday in the Philippines in celebration of Labor Day.
