Dear fellow Bayanan Elementary School Unit I alumnus,

We hope this letter finds you well.

We are bringing you the best opportunity to give back to our dear alma mater. A group of alumni together with Mrs. Delos Santos got together in November and decided to help incoming Grade 2 pupils by providing school items for June 2016. We aim to help 100 students but are hopeful the number will increase as we receive more donations.

We are asking for your donation in cash or in kind.This will be used to build our target kit for each student, consisting of:
5-7 notebooks
pad paper
ball pens
pencils
a box of crayons (8s)
a plastic envelope with handle OR a bag

● Recipient: 50 Grade 2 pupils of BES Unit-1
○ Option 1: 1 section of Grade 2
○ Option 2: Selected students per section
NOTE: Count of students will increased depending on the total contribution that we have
● Package content:

● Contribution: Minimum of 100.00
● We may deposit our contribution starting Dec. 2015
○ We will open a joint bank account and will provide the account no. once done
