SUM Alabang Cohort will be hosting the 2019 local Mardigras Outreach!

As we have been praying for the right place, we plan to come to Baguio City during the Flower Festival, in equivalent with the Mardi Gras Festival Outreach in New Orleans.

We are expecting a great move of God in Baguio and we are looking forward for testimonies of miracles, signs and wonders!!! Please pray for our bible school students from SUM Alabang, Laguna and Bicol cohort as they prepare for this exciting event in February 2019 :)

Biblical Studies (Fivefold Ministry) - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies.

Church Planting - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, including an introduction to the theory and practice of church planting.

Church Teaching - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, including an introduction to the theory and practice of teaching through church ministries.

Evangelistic Ministry - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, including an introduction to the theory and practice of an evangelist.

Global Missions - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, focusing on preparing students for missions work through instruction in the theory and principles of effective cross-cultural ministry.

Pastoral Ministry - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, focusing on preparing students for leadership and discipleship work in the church.

Prophetic Ministry - helps students attain a fundamental grounding in Biblical Studies, focusing on the unique role of prophetic ministry in addressing cultural issues.

IT'S TIME TO FOLLOW THE CALL!

"When I began my journey at SUM in 2014, I had only recently acquired my High School equivalent diploma at the age of 53. My testimony is how God can absolutely take the least and make them the most! I stepped out in faith and trusted in God’s word to me that “He would see me through.” When I received my first “A” on a writing assignment, I leaped for joy, because I was considered the “slow learner” when I grew up. To be SUM’s 2018 valedictorian is a dream come true that I would have never imagined possible when I began this journey in 2014. I had not been in school in forty years, which by the way is the same amount of time the children of Israel wondered in the wilderness! However, I really believed that if God had called me to SUM, it was my responsibility to be faithful and pursue excellence in my classes. Since graduation, I have enrolled in SUM’s MDiv program and I will begin classes in the fall. I have a deep desire to spend my senior years as a chaplain and I believe SUM’s masters program will help me achieve this dream." - Tammy Lowry Hawk, 2018 Valedictorian. #SUMBibleCollege #theologicalseminary #SUMValedictorian
