In partnership with the Dental Department of the City Health Office of Muntinlupa, the Health Services Department, and the Primary School Department, we proudly celebrated National Dental Health Month with fun, learning, and lots of bright smiles! 😁
Our young learners enjoyed an exciting and educational day filled with:
🪥 A demonstration of the proper brushing technique
🦷 A fun and interactive dry brushing activity
🎥 An engaging educational dental video about caring for our teeth
🌟 The awarding of our “Super Smile Star” winners – a coloring contest for our Nursery to Grade 1 students
Through these activities, we continue to promote healthy habits and remind our children that taking care of their teeth is an important part of staying healthy and confident.
Thank you to all our partners, teachers, parents, and students who made this event a huge success! Let’s keep spreading bright smiles and healthy habits every day! 💙🪥✨

‼️”TRANGKASO BYE-BYE!”

The recent earthquakes across the Philippines remind us of one thing: Disaster strikes when we least expect it. But as Bedans, we rise with courage, compassion, and readiness. 💪🐾
As Benedictine men and women of prayer and action, let’s take steps to protect our families and serve our communities — starting with a basic but powerful tool: the Emergency Go Bag.

✅ 3-day supply of water & ready-to-eat food
✅ Flashlight & extra batteries
✅ First aid kit & maintenance medicines
✅ Emergency whistle
✅ Face masks & hygiene items
✅ Power bank / charged phone
✅ Important documents (in waterproof pouch)
✅ Emergency cash
✅ Extra clothes, blanket, and rain gear
✅ Items for infants, seniors, or pets
