The IPPG Student Government is proudly announcing the Scantron Purchasing System for the 𝑺𝑬𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑫 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬!

The Scantron Purchasing System is for the students to purchase scantrons with less hassle.

𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒔:

1. The BAPOL and BAPAD students must order their scantrons to their respective Class Representatives.
2. The Class Representatives will collect the list or document of students and their payment.
3. The Class Representatives will submit the list of names and payment for the said scantrons to the IPPG 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓.

1. The IPPG Student Government Treasurer and Auditor will provide the Class Representatives a receipt as proof of their purchase for the scantrons.
2. The IPPG Student Government officers will be the designated individuals who will purchase the said scantron on the PLMUN Business Center.
3. The IPPG Student Government will announce the scheduled date and venue for the distribution of the scantron for the Class Representatives to receive.

With Hon. King Rhaimac D. Descutido at POLITALKS 2026!

He graduated from Universidad de Manila (UDM) with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is an Academic and Leadership Excellence Awardee and a Dean’s Lister. He completed the Simulation of Parliamentary Procedure training under the Manila Youth Parliament, where he studied and practiced the correct rules and processes of formal meetings.

His internship experience at the Metropolitan Trial Court gave him expertise in following strict rules, proper processes, and orderly procedures required in official proceedings. This experience helped him develop a deep understanding of how to follow systems, maintain order, and observe proper conduct in all formal matters.

Hon. Descutido will clearly explain the rules and steps so everyone can easily understand how to run meetings properly, how to make and support motions, follow correct processes, and conduct organized discussions.

His knowledge, experience, and expertise will truly help students and student leaders learn and fully understand how parliamentary procedure works.
