[CURFEW SA MUNTI] Simula ngayong araw, March 15, 2021, ipatutupad na ang unified curfew hours sa lungsod mula 10:00 PM hanggang 5:00 AM. Ang curfew ay tatagal hanggang April 4, 2021.

* Magtatayong muli ng checkpoints sa mga boundary ng bawat barangay.

* Exempted sa curfew ang mga APOR (Authorized Persons Outside of Residence), medical frontliners, essential workers, mga mangingisda, kabalikat sa kalinisan (street sweepers), delivery drivers, at iba pang authorized individuals batay sa panuntunan ng PNP at IATF. Kailangan lang magdala ng ID.

Freshmen admission requirements:

Scan copy of the following documents and in the form of jpg or pdf.
• Form 138 (Card)
• ESC/Voucher Certificate (if any)
• School Certification e.g. Good Moral/Completion for Incoming Grade 11
• PSA Birth Certificate

Transferring student requirements:
Scan copy of the following documents and in the form of jpg or pdf.
• Honorable Dismissal
• Form 138 (Card)
• PSA Birth Certificate

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT

Step 2. Required to fill-up the Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (LESF) by your parent/guardian. Here's the link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc-PFiyG39S9Gh4VxUCXNzLVHMxx0FEExMA7-PAkjIdxx6hpg/viewform

Step 3. Enrollment staff notifies the applicant if his/her application is accepted, and issues applicant/student number.

Step 4. Applicant pays the application and registration fee and tuition through the electronic payment system by going to the Online Payment System at UITI ONLINE SCHOOL SYSTEM and click the “pay now” button and follow the procedures.

Step 5. Enrollment staff sends a copy of the certificate of registration to the student through email within 48 hours. Student prints the certificate of registration as proof of enrollment.
