This Easter Sunday calls us to reflect and see upon the true essence of renewal, resilience, and faith. Within us, the FEU Alabang community, these values are mirrored in our commitment to Fortitude, Excellence, and Uprightness. As Tamaraws, we are reminded to persevere through challenges, continue to grow with purpose, and uphold integrity in every decision and endeavor that we make. May this season of renewal guide us toward becoming better individuals and a stronger community.

Black Saturday is the solemn day in Holy Week that falls between Good Friday and Easter Sunday. It commemorates the time when Jesus Christ lay in the tomb, and the apostles waited in quiet grief and hope. This day has long been observed in Christian tradition as a period of silence, reflection, and prayer. It reminds us of the stillness between suffering and resurrection, where faith continues even without certainty. May we remember that no matter how hopeless a situation may seem, God makes a way for hope to shine through. We bless everyone to have the patience and courage to get through their personal problems. As FEU students, we need reflection with our core value, Fortitude.

Pause. Reflect. Remember.
On this Good Friday, may the silence help us find meaning, hope, and endless grace. A solemn reminder of Christ’s sacrifice, a love beyond measure, so that we may find redemption and peace.
As we journey through this Holy Week, may we carry humility and faith with us. Let this day be a quiet space to pray, to trust, and to grow in faith and purpose.

‘The Last Supper’ ✝️
The ‘word’ Maundy derives from the Latin Word, mandatum which means commandment. This Maundy Thursday commemorates The Last Supper of Jesus with his apostles. It was the peace before the storm where they all gathered around in love and companionship. Just like the apostles on that night, we too should practice appreciating the people around us. This includes our family, friends, and teachers who guided us throughout our journey this 2025-2026 school year.
Though it is the first day of the long weekend, let us take this opportunity to practice humility in our current crisis. Take this three-day period as a moment of peace and reflection on what is happening around us.
Blessed Thursday to everyone! 💕🙏

It has been 40 years since the Filipino people toppled the Marcos dictatorship, a turning point in Philippine history where the masses stood firm against an oppressive system through faith and non-violent means in a 4-day period of demonstrations.
To commemorate EDSA means beyond the passive remembrance of February 25. It demands an active voice of vigilance and dissent; to protect our institutions and safeguard our freedom amidst the cacophony of inequality, distortion of truth, and abuse of power.
This day serves as a powerful reminder that we never return to a period of oppression and persecution, and most importantly is that we never forget—a prescription that urges us to be vigilant of not just our historical mnemonic, but also for our democratic institutions.
The spirit of EDSA People Power does not die because it is never completely born. It still requires our continuous and renewed effort for it to be fully realized. Its testament remains the same.
‘Di na papayagang mabawi muli.
