The SMLC Lagawe team visited two elderly individuals living alone in Brgy. Namulditan to extend assistance, share warm conversations, and provide essential goods. For our team of therapists, grandparents hold a special place in our hearts—and no lolo or lola should have to face the quiet struggles of old age feeling forgotten.

Anong Hindi Nagdudulot ng ADHD?

Maraming magulang ang nagtatanong nito.

At minsan, sinisisi pa nila ang sarili nila.

“Kasalanan ko ba?”
“Dahil ba sa pagpapalaki ko?”
“Dahil ba sa sobrang pagmamahal?”
“Dahil ba sa kulang na disiplina?”

Based on current research, ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that is strongly influenced by genetics and brain development.

So ano ang mga bagay na HINDI napatunayang sanhi ng ADHD?

• Hindi dahil mabait kang magulang
• Hindi dahil kulang ka sa disiplina
• Hindi dahil spoiled ang bata
• Hindi dahil mahal na mahal mo ang anak mo
• Hindi dahil nagkulang ka bilang magulang

Now, can certain things make ADHD symptoms worse?

Yes.

Lack of sleep, excessive screen time, stress, poor routines, at ibang environmental factors can affect attention, behavior, and self-regulation.

Pero iba iyon sa sanhi ng ADHD.

Hindi mo ginusto ito.

Try asking:
