Intrapersonal skills are a type of soft skill that entails self-awareness. The path to a clear sense of self requires solitude and being:
Journaling, an activity both written and visual, is an expressive means to self-soothe;
In this very noisy world where children are oftentimes distracted, making time for self-reflection plays an essential role in their development too.
The art studio is a safe *and slow* space to claim our autonomy and calm, embracing the ways in which we're human.
In this workshop, we introduce an everyday medium, whose magic is often overlooked:

An interplay of fact, fiction, poetry, and metaphor, "Snippets of Home" encourages children to partake in the development of their own narratives,
Allowing them to be persons of their loving ownย ๐ค
