For the processing and verification of the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Grant, students who graduated from private Junior High Schools are requested to prepare and submit the following requirements below.

All requirements must be placed in a long brown envelope and submitted to your class adviser on or before June 15, 2026.

Please ensure that all submitted documents are complete, clear, and legible to avoid delays in the evaluation, verification, and processing of your ESC application.

Submission of the requirements does not automatically guarantee approval of the ESC grant. All applications remain subject to verification and evaluation in accordance with the guidelines of the ESC Program.
