Demonstrating excellence during the 1st Philippine Integrated Circuit Design Association (PICDA) Integrated Circuit (IC) Design Contest 2026, the student of Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM) showcased their expertise in digital and analog design concepts, reflecting strong digital logic design skills, HDL proficiency, and teamwork throughout the competition.

In the Analog IC Design Category, Fer Labay and Nathaniel Tano earned 2nd Place, showcasing exceptional circuit design expertise, effective teamwork, and unwavering dedication throughout the competition.

Meanwhile, in the Digital RTL IC Design Category, Aira Josh Ynte and Jayron Acibron secured 3rd Place, demonstrating strong digital logic design skills, proficiency in Hardware Description Languages (HDLs), and a solid understanding of digital architecture fundamentals throughout the contest.

Their outstanding performance highlights not only their technical competence but also their dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence in the field of semiconductor and integrated circuit design.

The competition was supported by Xinyx Design, which served as both the sponsor and evaluation partner, providing industry expertise and rigorous assessment standards that challenged participants to apply their knowledge in real-world IC design scenarios.

This achievement reflects the institution's continued commitment to developing future-ready engineers and technology professionals who contribute to the growing semiconductor industry, under the leadership of the College President, Dr. Teresita Fortuna, and with the unwavering support of their coaches, Dr. Cyd Laurence Santos, Engr. Lovelyn Garcia and Engr. Evelyn De Castro. Held last May 26 at Victory Alabang, the 2026 CDM Recollection served as a meaningful and inspiring gathering for the Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM) Graduating Class of 2026. In partnership with Every Nation Campus, the event provided graduating Iskolegios, faculty members, and mentors with an opportunity to reflect on their academic journey, strengthen their sense of community, and prepare for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

The event featured inspiring messages from guest speakers, including Mayor Ruffy Biazon and Pastor Edward Flores, who encouraged the graduates to pursue lives grounded in purpose, integrity, discipline, and perseverance. Through meaningful discussions, panel sessions, and team-building activities, students reflected on their personal growth, future aspirations, and the values that will guide them as they transition into professional life.

From cherished memories to new beginnings, the 2026 CDM Recollection served as a heartfelt reminder that every challenge, friendship, and achievement has shaped the Iskolegios into who they are today. As they prepare to leave the campus and enter a new season of life, may they continue to walk with purpose, courage, integrity, and faith.

Isang bagong 6-storey Building 3 ang kasalukuyang itinatayo sa Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM) para magbigay ng mas maraming classrooms, dagdag na laboratories, at specialized learning spaces para sa mga estudyante.

Kapag natapos, inaasahan na makakapag-accommodate ito ng humigit-kumulang 960 students.

May architecture studio, drawing rooms, biology at ergonomics laboratories, multi-purpose hall, exhibit area, at roof deck upang mas mapalakas ang hands-on learning ng future engineers, architects, at iba pang professionals ng lungsod.

Bahagi ito ng vision ni Mayor Ruffy Biazon na palawakin ang access sa de-kalidad, makabago, at industry-ready na edukasyon upang mas maraming kabataang Muntinlupeño ang magkaroon ng pagkakataong magtagumpay.

Student leaders from the different student organizations of Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM), in coordination with the Youth Affairs and Sports Development Office (YASDO) – Youth Division, participated in the meaningful “Hangout with the Mayor” activity with Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon last May 25, 2026 at the CDM Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

The event featured a kumustahan session, mini ice breakers, and an open exchange of insights that fostered a warm and engaging atmosphere between the student leaders and Mayor Biazon. Students were given the opportunity to raise questions regarding issues affecting society, seek guidance in relation to their roles as student leaders, and share their personal concerns, aspirations, and experiences.

The activity served as a valuable platform for open communication, leadership inspiration, and youth empowerment. The students expressed their happiness and gratitude for the rare opportunity to personally interact and connect with Mayor Ruffy Biazon in a relaxed yet meaningful setting, making the experience both memorable and inspiring.
