The celebration will be hosted and chaired by the Philippines with its core theme: โ€œ๐‘ต๐’‚๐’—๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐‘ถ๐’–๐’“ ๐‘ญ๐’–๐’•๐’–๐’“๐’†, ๐‘ป๐’๐’ˆ๐’†๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’“.โ€. This emphasizes regional collective efforts to resolve global challenges with unity, shared goals, and clear direction for the benefit of the people in Southeast Asia.

โ€ŽThe ASEAN month celebration was institutionalized through Proclamation No. 282, series 2017, which officially amends Proclamation No. 1008, series 1997. Through this proclamation, it encourages the Filipino communities to celebrate and participate in ASEAN initiatives. The Philippines, together with Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, is one of the original founding members of ASEAN. The regional organization was established in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 8, 1967.

Bilang isang bansang binubuo ng mga pulo, ang karagatan at ilog ang nagsisilbing tulay sa ugnayan ng mga Pilipino. Ang temang ito ay sumasalalim sa malalim ng ugnayan ng bawat Pilipino sa kabila ng mga pagsubok. Layunin nitong galugarin ang mga aral ng nakaraan na magsisilbing gabay sa hinaharap.

โ€ŽIpinagdiriwang ang Buwan ng Kasaysayan tuwing agosto kasunod ng Proklamasyon Bilang 339 na pinirmahan ni Pangulong Benigno Aquino III noong 2012. Ang taunang paggunita ng Buwan ng Kasaysayan ay naglalayong mas palalimin ang pambansang kamalayan, pag-ibig sa bayan, at pagpapahalaga sa aral ng nakaraan.

The Social Studies Achievers Society extends its warmest and heartfelt congratulates to the graduating class of 2026, the BSED Social Studies of Batch Sidhaya.

Your academic journey may have come to its conclusion, but as the authors of your lives, it is now your time to pick up your own pens to continue writing your lives beyond the academe. Whatever the road you take on in this course of life, may you continue to embody the values and lessons you've gained. Use the skills and talents you have honed in becoming upright and esteemed members of the society.

May you continue to be humble as you take the hurdles that life throws in your way. Always bear in your minds and hearts that your life has purpose, moreso everything that awaits in your paths. Let not any difficulty and challenge harden your hearts, and remain strong and kind.
