In celebration of 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉, the 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, together with the 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘭, organized an exclusive film viewing dedicated to the students of College of Engineering held today, October 1, 2025, at the DABE Hall.

Two inspiring films, the 3 𝐈𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐬 and 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, were screened delivering messages that resonated deeply with student experiences.

“𝒫𝓊𝓇𝓈𝓊𝑒 𝑒𝓍𝒸𝑒𝓁𝓁𝑒𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓈𝓊𝒸𝒸𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝒻𝑜𝓁𝓁𝑜𝓌” and “𝒞𝒶𝓇𝓅𝑒 𝒹𝒾𝑒𝓂. 𝒮𝑒𝒾𝓏𝑒 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒹𝒶𝓎, 𝒷𝑜𝓎𝓈” reminded everyone that beyond the grades and expectations, mental wellness and personal growth matter most.

The event served not only as a break from academic rush but also as a safe space for reflection and connection. Through these stories, students were reminded that they are not alone, and that it’s okay to pause, breathe and seek support. Ngayong Setyembre 21, inaaalala natin ang madilim na panahong bumalot sa ating bayan- panahong pinatahimik ang katotohanan, kinando ang kalayaan at inilugmok sa takot ang samabayanan. Ngunit sa bawat anino ng kahapon, may liwanag ng alaala, may apoy ng paninindigan.

Ngayon, muli tayong tumitindig. Laban sa kasinungalingan. Laban sa korapsyon. Laban sa pagkalimot. Dahil ang kasaysayan ay hindi dapat inuulit, kundi pinagbubuhusan ng tapang upang hindi na muling danasin.
