Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 127 ng Office of the President–Malacañang at rekomendasyon ng NDRRMC, ngayong araw, Agosto 17, ang pagpapasya hinggil sa PAGLIPAT SA ALTERNATIBONG pamamaraan ng pagkatuto o PAGSUSPINDE ng klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan ay ipinauubaya sa pagpapasya ng mga Punong Bayan at Punong Lungsod ng mga lungsod at bayan sa Lalawigan ng Quezon, at/o sa mga kinauukulang pinuno ng paaralan, kaalinsabay ang pagsasaalang-alang sa kalagayan ng panahon at iba pang mahahalagang lokal na sitwasyon sa kani-kanilang nasasakupan.

Dahil sa inaasahang masamang panahon dahil pa rin sa habagat, suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan at ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan simula 12:00 NN ngayong araw, alinsunod sa anunsyo ng Malacañang.

Para sa kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ng mga paaralan at iba pang tanggapan ng pamahalaan, manatiling alerto at patuloy na sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na abiso ng pamahalaan.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

MCES Scouts Shine at the 2026 Council Kawan Holiday

||DepEd Mulanay Central Elementary School proudly participated in the 2026 Council Kawan Holiday, organized by the Quezon Council, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, held at Luis Palad Integrated School, Tayabas City, Quezon, on August 15, 2026.

The event brought together 10 KID Scouts, 51 KAB Scouts, 4 Langkay Leaders, and 5 Kawan Leaders for a memorable day filled with learning, leadership, adventure, teamwork, and camaraderie. It was a wonderful opportunity for our young Scouts to develop their skills, build lasting friendships, and experience the true spirit of Scouting under the guidance of their dedicated leaders.

Congratulations to all our Scouts and leaders for representing our School with pride and enthusiasm! Your active participation and commitment truly symbolize the values of service, leadership, discipline, and camaraderie.
