Congratulations to our ABS Department players for proudly bringing the 3rd Place victory in SPORTFEST 2026🥉🔥. Your dedication, sacrifices, and fighting spirit inside the court inspired everyone and proved that all your hard work was worth it.

A special appreciation also to the ABS Officers for their nonstop effort, leadership, and support throughout the entire event. Your hard work behind the scenes helped make everything successful. 💚👏

Students from the ABS Department showcased their dancing skills through a performance that reflected cultural diversity and history expressed through movement.
Their routine featured music spanning from the 1980s to the present, highlighting the evolution of dance styles across generations.
The performance drew cheers and applause from fellow students, adding energy and excitement to the event.

Folk Dance highlighted traditional folk dance that reflected the history and identity of Filipino communities, the Abs Department showcasing their talents through expressive movements, storytelling, and beautiful costumes.

Interpretative Dance competition held at the STAN Covered Court, featuring the participation of the ABS Department Jasmer Ravanera and Jonathan Tapulado.
The ABS performers showcased a graceful and emotionally driven routine that expressed meaningful messages through movement.
Their performance was met with enthusiastic applause, making it a memorable opening to the Cultural Fest.

Lastly, Jasmer Ravanera of BSAM 4 delivered a performance marked by powerful movements, creativity, and strong stage presence that energized the audience in dance battle freestyle competition.
Following the competitive round, Jasmer Ravanera of the ABS Department was announced as one of the Top 3 performers.
To close the category, the Top 3 dancers presented individual routines and ended the event with an intense simultaneous freestyle battle to a single track.
This high-energy finale became one of the most memorable moments of the Cultural Festival💚🌾👏✨.

The University Student Government (USG) of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Mulanay Campus organized a series of engaging games during the Cultural Fest 2025 held at the campus quadrangle on December 16. The activity aimed to enhance student participation, encourage teamwork, and promote unity within the campus community, with active involvement from the ABS Department💚.

One of the featured games was Shoot the Straw, where ABS Department representatives joined the challenge of transferring a straw from their upper lip and nose into bottles placed at a distance. The game generated excitement as students cheered and supported their representatives, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere.

This was followed by the PUP Knowledge Quest, a dynamic quiz competition that tested participants’ knowledge of Philippine culture, traditions, and PUP history. ABS students actively took part by racing toward designated answer choices to respond to each question, showcasing both their enthusiasm and quick thinking.

The event concluded with Pinoy Henyo, where ABS officers participated in pairs. One member guessed a word placed on their forehead by asking questions answerable only by “oo,” “hindi,” or “pwede.” The game brought laughter and enjoyment, marking a fun and memorable end to the ABS Department’s participation in the Cultural Fest activities👏🌾💚.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Mulanay Campus officially launched its two-day 2025 Cultural Fest on December 16, with the theme, “Together in PUP: Where Culture Paints the Campus.”

The event began with a lively cultural parade from the Municipal Covered Court, passing through key areas in Mulanay such as RHU Mulanay, KAMHANTIK, and 7/11. Freshmen from ABS DEPARTMENT took part in a Unity Dance presenting synchronized performances that reflected cooperation and harmony through movement

The formal opening was held at PUP Mulanay with opening messages and a flag-raising ceremony, marking the start of the two-day fest. After the Unity Dance, Aldrin Dumaran from BSAM 2 displayed his remarkable talent and creativity in the poster-making contest held at the Multipurpose Hall. Each stroke and color choice showed his dedication and imaginative skills. Truly his poster stood out as a brilliant expression of her artistic ability. Also, Jessalyn Palermo from BSAM 1 highlighted her talent by representing Philippine heritage in the Walk of Heritage competition, celebrating traditional attire, cultural identity, and creative expression to the delight of the audience.

November 13, 2025, the University Student Government (USG) partnered with the WIZARD Organization of PUP Mulanay to bring the Academic Fair 2026 to life, carrying the theme “Niche to Nexus: Cultivating Expertise, Unleashing Potential 2026.” The event became a showcase of talent, intelligence, and the strong competitive drive of PUP Mulanay students.

The activities started at 7:50 a.m. at the PUP Mulanay STAN Court, led by program hosts Ms. Thirese Moldon and Ms. Laiza Mangubat. USG President Marvin Riego formally opened the event with his welcome message, followed by a motivating speech from Campus Director Dr. Adelia R. Roadilla.

By 9:00 a.m., the Academic Fair was in full motion as the competitions started. The PUP Quadrangle buzzed with energy during the Quiz Bee for All which brought together sixty eager representatives from various organizations. At the same time, other intellectual challenges such as the specialized Quiz Bees in different subjects, the Spelling Bee, Sanaysay, Essay, Slogan Making, and Talumpati—were happening in their respective venues.

By 11:30 a.m., a brief recognition program was held to honor the judges and quiz masters, acknowledging their dedication and support for the event.

After lunch, participants and spectators moved to the Stan Court for the Debate scheduled at 1:00 p.m. The debaters delivered compelling arguments, reflecting not only their critical thinking but also their confidence and teamwork.

A Closing and Awarding Ceremony later wrapped up the day, celebrating the accomplishments and efforts of all who took part.

Overall, the Academic Fair 2026 stood out as a meaningful and successful gathering, highlighting the intelligence, creativity, and unity of PUP Mulanay students. 🧠✍️💚
