ANNOUNCEMENT | ROTC Training – 15 August 2026
Regular CLSU ROTC training scheduled on Saturday, 15 August 2026, will not be conducted in support of the 10th Reserve Command Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting Activity, an activity initiated and hosted by the 301st Community Defense Center (301st CDC), 3RCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army.
The adjustment in the regular training schedule will allow duly cleared ROTC cadets who voluntarily choose to participate to respond to the invitation of the 301st CDC without overlapping with their regular ROTC training.
For transparency and information, the off-campus activity details are as follows:
Activity: 10th Reserve Command Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting Activity
Initiating/Host Unit: 301st Community Defense Center, 3RCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army
Date and Time: 15 August 2026, 7:00 AM onwards
Venue: H301(NE) Community Defense Center, Camp BGen Manuel B. Tinio, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
CLSU Participation: Training Staff, duly cleared ROTC cadets who voluntarily elect to participate in response to the CDC invitation
University Contact Office: CLSU National Service Training Program – ROTC
Participation in the bloodletting activity is voluntary and subject to applicable University clearance, consent, minor health screening, safety, and off-campus activity requirements.
Cadets who will not participate in the bloodletting activity are not required to report for regular ROTC training on 15 August 2026.
