ATTENTION, CADETS!

In reference to CLSU Memorandum No. 2026-08-27 (25) on Alternative Learning Arrangements, the CLSU ROTC training scheduled on Saturday, 29 August 2026 and 05 September 2026, will be conducted through asynchronous alternative learning mode.

There will be no face-to-face ROTC training on this date.

Lessons, learning materials, instructions, and required activities will be posted in your respective Google Classroom (GClass). All cadets are expected to check GClass regularly, read the posted lessons thoroughly, and accomplish the required activities within the prescribed period.

Please be guided accordingly.

ANNOUNCEMENT | ROTC Training – 22 August 2026

In view of the prevailing weather conditions and following a risk-based assessment, the scheduled face-to-face ROTC training on Saturday, 22 August 2026, will shift to Alternative Learning Mode.

The assessment considered the following:

- prevailing Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) conditions;
- forecast rainfall and thunderstorm activity;
- recent rainfall and wet ground conditions;
- possible flooding and road accessibility concerns; and
- travel conditions of cadets coming from different municipalities.

Accordingly, no face-to-face ROTC reporting, formation or training will be conducted on campus.

Learning materials, instructions, and required activities will be disseminated through the official ROTC communication channels.

CLSU ROTC Unit Participates in Nationwide Bloodletting Activity

The CLSU ROTC Unit joined the 10th Reserve Command Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting Activity in connection with 43rd RESCOM, PA Founding Anniversary with a theme “ANG INYONG MATATAG NA TAGAPAG-BUONG
LAANG KAWAL” at 301 Community Defense Center, Camp BGen Manuel B. Tinio, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija on August 15, 2026.

The event was conducted in collaboration with the 301 CDC (NEC), 3rd Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army.

The bloodletting activity aimed to collect blood units to help address medical needs and ensure an adequate blood supply for healthcare facilities and patients in need.

ANNOUNCEMENT | ROTC Training – 15 August 2026

Regular CLSU ROTC training scheduled on Saturday, 15 August 2026, will not be conducted in support of the 10th Reserve Command Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting Activity, an activity initiated and hosted by the 301st Community Defense Center (301st CDC), 3RCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army.

The adjustment in the regular training schedule will allow duly cleared ROTC cadets who voluntarily choose to participate to respond to the invitation of the 301st CDC without overlapping with their regular ROTC training.

For transparency and information, the off-campus activity details are as follows:
Activity: 10th Reserve Command Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting Activity
Initiating/Host Unit: 301st Community Defense Center, 3RCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army
Date and Time: 15 August 2026, 7:00 AM onwards
Venue: H301(NE) Community Defense Center, Camp BGen Manuel B. Tinio, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
CLSU Participation: Training Staff, duly cleared ROTC cadets who voluntarily elect to participate in response to the CDC invitation
University Contact Office: CLSU National Service Training Program – ROTC

Participation in the bloodletting activity is voluntary and subject to applicable University clearance, consent, minor health screening, safety, and off-campus activity requirements.

Cadets who will not participate in the bloodletting activity are not required to report for regular ROTC training on 15 August 2026.

CLSU ROTC Named 1st Runner-Up in Regional RAATI 2026; Eight Cadets Complete ARAPT MS 41–42

The Central Luzon State University Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (CLSU ROTC) Unit was named 1st Runner-Up in the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for Academic Year 2025–2026.

The award was presented during a ceremony held on July 24, 2026, at Camp General Servillano A. Aquino in Tarlac City. The inspection of the CLSU ROTC Unit was conducted in April 2026.

CLSU ROTC Unit Commandant MAJ MELANIE G ANTONIO AGS PA (RES) accepted the plaque of recognition on behalf of the university.

The CLSU ROTC Unit obtained a score of 98.39 percent and received the following awards:
- Best in Arrival Honors
- Best in Map Reading
- Best in Administrative Inspection

On the same day, eight cadets from CLSU completed the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) MS 41–42 under MASALAKNIB Class 01-2026.

The class consisted of 347 cadets from Region III who underwent 14 days of training at Camp General Servillano A. Aquino from July 11 to 24, 2026.

The training covered military leadership, discipline, endurance, and preparation for duties as cadet officers.

The CLSU ROTC Unit congratulates the cadets who completed the training and the personnel and cadets who participated in the RAATI.
