LOOK | CLSUAAI Installs New Board of Directors

The Central Luzon State University Alumni Association Incorporated (CLSUAAI) has officially installed its newly elected Board of Directors and officers following an oath-taking ceremony held on March 9, 2026.

The oath-taking, administered by CLSU President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, formalized the board’s assumption of duties and its pledge to uphold the association’s mission of serving CLSU alumni.

The new officers are as follows:

Treasurer: Dir. Jaypee H. Estigoy

With this set of CLSUAAI Board of Directors, the association is expected to advance key programs that reinforce our alumni network and expand professional opportunities for the alumni and the CLSU Community.

The association invites alumni to participate in upcoming initiatives and collaborative projects that will help shape its priorities and amplify its impact across the university and beyond.

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) proudly launches the Gintong Butil Awards, the official alumni recognition program honoring distinguished CLSU alumni whose achievements reflect excellence, service, generosity, and meaningful collaboration.

Just like a single grain thay grows into a sustaining harvest, our alumni continue to transform knowledge into leadership, innovation into progress, and gratitude into lasting impact.

We now call for nominations for the following award categories:

Butil ng Paglilingkod — Service Award
For alumni whose work uplifts communities and advances public welfare.

Butil ng Inspirasyon — Inspiration Award
For alumni whose excellence in science, technology, education, arts, sports, health, and other fields brings honor to CLSU.

Butil ng Pagkakawanggawa — Philanthropy Award
For alumni or alumni groups whose generosity strengthens CLSU and supports student success.

Butil ng Pakikipag-ugnayan — Partnership Award
For alumni who build impactful collaborations that expand CLSU’s reach and opportunities.

IN PHOTOS | CLSU Hosts its First-ever Alumni Night
Central Luzon State University (CLSU) capped off its Grand Alumni Homecoming Week with the university’s first-ever Alumni Night on February 7, 2026, held at the FPJ Communication Hall.
Organized by the Office of the President in partnership with the Alumni Relations Division under the Strategic Communication Office and the CLSU Alumni Association Inc. (CLSUAAI), the event provided a premier venue for graduates across generations to reconnect. The night fostered camaraderie, shared memories, and meaningful fellowship among the university’s alumni.
In his keynote address, University President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella highlighted the enduring bond between CLSU and its alumni. He emphasized that the university remains a home for all, regardless of their professional paths.
“Isa rin itong paalala na saan man tayo dalhin ng ating mga pangarap at mithiin sa buhay, may isang lugar na patuloy nating babalikan—ang ating mahal na CLSU, kung saan tayo natutong mangarap, magsikap, at maging kung sino tayo ngayon,” said President Abella.
The event was graced by prominent university figures and local leaders, including Dr. Danilo S. Vargas, President of CLSUAAI; Dr. Fiorello L. Abenes, President of CLSU International Alumni Association Inc.; Dr. Romeo V. Labios, Representative of the CLSU Society of COCOFED Grantees; and Hon. Baby Armi L. Alvarez, Mayor of the Science City of Muñoz.
Highlighting the university’s artistic excellence, the evening featured performances by CLSU Maestro, Tanghalang Gagalaw, and the CLSU Bithay Sining Dance Company.
The celebration continued late into the night with fellowship, dancing, and shared memories, marking a memorable start to CLSU’s tradition of alumni engagement.
