With profound sadness, we remember the life of our former PICE URS-SC officer, Engr. Russel R. Roco, who passed away last July 27, 2026.

Engr. Roco served PICE URS-SC as a Sports Committee Member during the A.Y. 2023-2024 with dedication and passion and he will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of working with him.

Known for his academic excellence and strong dedication to the field, he graduated with distinction in BS Civil Engineering Batch 2025 and had passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in March 2026.

Though his journey was cut short, the values he lived by and memories he created will forever remain in our hearts.
We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family and loved ones. During this time of sorrow, we ask everyone to keep them in your thoughts. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of service, compassion, and excellence will continue to inspire and guide us in our own endeavors.
