The 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, together with all School Organizations of Morong National Senior High School, took part in the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 held on July 31, 2026.

This oath was more than a responsibility. It was a vow of integrity, dedication, and service. With this oath, we commit ourselves to responsible leadership—leading with purpose, serving with commitment, and turning our promises into meaningful action for our school community.

𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦.

In 𝙄𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙤 by Kara David, it uncovers the heartbreaking reality of how a portion of Aeta ancestral land was turned into a dumpsite, resulting to polluted bodies of water, damaged forests, lost wildlife, and a community forced to suffer the consequences of irresponsible waste disposal.

This isn't just a story about garbage. It is a reminder that 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. And as students, let's be part of the solution by choosing to help the environment by doing simple acts like practicing proper waste segregation, because protecting the environment doesn't begin with grand actions, it begins with the habits we choose every single day.

Millions of Filipinos depend on our country's natural resources every single day. 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜.

𝐏𝐚𝐱 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 is a proposed international initiative that aims to support the growing AI and semiconductor industry by getting silica and other important materials from resource-rich countries, including the Philippines.

While some believe it could bring investments and job opportunities, others have raised concerns about its possible impact on our environment, farmlands, biodiversity, and the livelihoods of many Filipino communities if large-scale resource extraction takes place.

As part of the 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎), we stand with our environment, we stand with our communities, and we say: 𝐍𝐎 𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐗 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀! Let's speak up for our natural resources, and choose a future where development goes hand in hand with environmental protection. 🍃💚

Fire Safety is Everyone's Responsibility.

The safety of our learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and all stakeholders remains our highest priority.

Everyone is reminded to observe fire safety measures at all times. Ensure that electrical appliances are switched off when not in use, avoid overloading electrical outlets, keep exits and pathways clear, and immediately report any potential fire hazards to the appropriate school authorities.

Maintain a safe and fire-ready school environment through vigilance, preparedness, and shared responsibility.

EARTHQUAKE SAFETY GUIDE 🆘️⚠️🚨

In line with the commitment of the Department of Education to ensure a safe and disaster-resilient learning environment, all learners, teaching personnels, and non-teaching personnels are reminded to observe the proper earthquake safety measures at all times.

When an earthquake occurs, remain calm and immediately perform the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure. Wait for the shaking to stop before evacuating in an orderly manner through the designated evacuation routes and proceed to the identified safe assembly area.

Always follow the instructions of teachers and school emergency responders, and refrain from running or pushing to prevent injuries.

In Morong National Senior High School, we promote a culture of safety, vigilance, and resilience within our school community.
