𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒆𝒔’ 𝑫𝒂𝒚 sa mga lumaban pero hindi naman pinaglaban. 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒆! 😜

All jokes aside— Let us give a salute to those who became the voice of our people and spoke up when many couldn’t. Those who battled against our colonizers even if it meant life-or-death just to stand up for what’s right.

This day serves as a commemoration to our country’s heroes who fought and rebelled for our country and our rights as Filipinos.

We honor not only those who came before us, but also those who stand with us now. And with that, we would like to say thank you.
