As Jeromians, our actions must be of integrity and honesty. It is always our unspoken duty to remain truthful. Through our ๐๐ผ๐๐ & ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ program, students may return lost items to its rightful owners - avoiding confusion, accusation, and conflict.

โข Report missing items, no matter how miniscule it seems.
โข Inform us about an item you have lost on school grounds by sending a report to the SSG page so we could take action.
โข Approach an SSG member for help on finding your belongings.

โข Sending us false reports.
โข Claiming to own an item with no proof of ownership - especially when it comes to pricy belongings.
โข Claiming an item while remaining anonymous. We need your identity to confirm!

1. Find & Verify: Upon finding a lost item, check in first with your classmates to determine if it belongs to them.
2. Approach us: Once confirming that the item does not belong to them, you may reach out to us then via messaging the SSG page or approaching our SSG Secretaries.
3. Proof of Ownership: When claiming an item, ensure that you provide proof that you own it before we return it to avoid letting the item get into the wrong hands.
(Note: Proof of ownership doesnโt necessarily mean having your name labeled on the item. We accept other studentsโ statements confirming that the item indeed belongs to you.)
