We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with a strong technical background in implementing, deploying, integrating, evaluating, and enhancing solutions, as well as developing an infrastructure that caters to our customers' needs. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring the optimal and continuous operation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and troubleshoot issues within specific systems or solutions.
Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve problems.
Perform upgrades and maintenance on solutions, including regular health checks as scheduled.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Methods of Procedure, Service Reports, As-Built Documents, and Completion Reports/Certificates.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of two years' experience in deploying and supporting Server, Storage, and Backup Software solutions.

Desired Skills and Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in deployment and technical support across various platforms is preferred, including:
Intel x86 Servers (any brand)
Linux Servers
Operating Systems, Networking, Databases, Backup Software
