The GUHIT Club proudly opens its exciting lineup of artistic events this coming CIT Week
โ๏ธOn-the-Spot Painting Contest
โ๏ธPencil/Charcoal Drawing Contest
โ๏ธPoster/Slogan Making Contest
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ฆ
1. The registration is via online posted on the GUHIT Clubโs FB Page.
2. The contest is open to registered student participants only.
3. A specific theme will be announced before the start of the contest.
4. All artworks must be completed within the given time limit.
5. Finished works will be judged by the drafting professors based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall presentation.
6. All finished artworks will be automatically owned by the GUHIT Club

โข Only canvas will be provided, while participants must bring their own painting materials.

โข Boards will be provided, participants must bring their own pencil or charcoal materials.
โข Only pencil or charcoal mediums are allowed.

โข Relevance to the Theme (30%) - Clearly reflects and effectively represented the assigned theme.
โข Technique & Skill (25%) - Proper use of materials (paints, brushes, or other media) and painting techniques.
โข Visual Impact (10%) - Overall presentation is neat, clean, well-finished, and leaves a strong impression on the viewer.

โข Impact & Presentation (10%) - Overall impression and neatness of the poster/slogan, and the design leaves a lasting impact on the viewer.
