To all students and clients:

Please be informed that despite the implementation of the current Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement, the existing process for purchasing and releasing Golden Merch orders will remain in effect.

Clients may continue to place their orders online through Golden Merch by completing the required order details and settling the corresponding payment through GCash.

Once the order has been processed and is ready for release, clients will have the freedom to choose their preferred option for claiming their orders:

🔹 𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟏 – 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐃𝐎𝐒𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬
Clients who wish to receive their orders immediately may personally claim them at the DDOSC Main Campus, subject to the applicable releasing arrangements.

🔹 𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐 – 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝟐𝐅) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Clients may also choose to wait until regular F2F transactions resume and claim their orders once on-campus operations return to normal.

📌 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑:
The WFH arrangement does not change the online ordering process. Clients may continue to place orders and make payments through the established Golden Merch system. The choice of when and where to claim the order will remain with the client.

We encourage everyone to plan their preferred claiming option accordingly and ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate.

[𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬] 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺-𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 0904-01, s. 2026, Davao de Oro State College Montevista Branch will implement a temporary Work-from-Home arrangement for its teaching and non-teaching personnel beginning September 7, 2026.

The arrangement will remain in effect for 66 calendar days, or until the campus is officially declared safe for full physical reporting, due to the demolition of the Administrative Building Annexes.

Essential services will continue through the approved continuity plans of the concerned offices. Stakeholders are advised to follow their official pages for updates and office-specific service arrangements.

Please be reminded that 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝, and 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 will be strictly observed during the claiming process. Students are encouraged to claim their orders as soon as possible while stocks are available.

Please be informed that a new ordering process is now being implemented for the Official DDOSC PE Uniform.

Before placing an order, students must visit the Student Council and Organization Section (SCOS) on their campus or branch to determine their correct uniform size using the available sample uniforms.

After completing the online order, save or take a screenshot of the Merchant Transaction Receipt. Present the receipt and pay the full amount of ₱850.00 at the Production Services Division (PSD) for the Main Campus or the Production Services Section (PSS) for DDOSC Branch Campuses.

Please note that orders will only be finalized and processed upon full payment.
