ADVISORY:

Due to the rains experienced in the municipality, possible landslides and to ensure the safety of everyone in schools, and upon recommendation of the MDRRMO, CLASSES in all LEVELS in the municipality is hereby SUSPENDED today NOVEMBER 24, 2025 (MONDAY).

The suspension includes the work for all teachers and non-teaching/administrative personnel.

All BDRRMCs should be on alert status and report accordingly to the MDRRMC any possible situation of emergencies.

Following the meeting and consultation with the school heads and PSDS, and upon the recommendation of the MDRRMO, the suspension of Face-to-Face classes is now LIFTED.

As such, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES shall resume tomorrow OCTOBER 21, 2025 (Tuesday).

As to DDOSC and private schools, the resumption of Face-to-Face classes is also recommended. However, decision as to class and work arrangements is left best to the discretion of the school administration.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

In consultation with the Office of the Public Schools District Supervisor along with the school heads, and upon the recommendation of the MDRRMO, the following shall be observed effective tomorrow October 15, 2025 (Wednesday), until further notice:

1. FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES ARE STILL SUSPENDED FOR ALL LEVELS;

2. Alternative mode of learning or delivery modalities shall be adopted.

3. Teachers, non-teaching and administrative personnel are to report to schools and official working stations, and shall heed instructions from the PSDS and respective school heads relative to this arrangement.

Continue to coordinate with the MDRRMO and MEO regarding post-disaster inspection/assessment/evaluation or recommendation regarding school buildings and facilities.

4. For private and other learning institutions in the municipality, alternative mode of learning is also encouraged, while decision as to its implementation and specific arrangements are best left to the discretion of the school administration.
