The Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Unit strives to fulfill its duty to its main stakeholders – the students. However, due to on-going infrastructure work in the campus, on-site requests cannot be accommodated.

In line with its commitment to serve the students and the Work-From-Home setup, the SAS unit shifts to online requests for documents, specifically the good moral certificates

[𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬] 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺-𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 0904-01, s. 2026, Davao de Oro State College Montevista Branch will implement a temporary Work-from-Home arrangement for its teaching and non-teaching personnel beginning September 7, 2026.

The arrangement will remain in effect for 66 calendar days, or until the campus is officially declared safe for full physical reporting, due to the demolition of the Administrative Building Annexes.

Essential services will continue through the approved continuity plans of the concerned offices. Stakeholders are advised to follow their official pages for updates and office-specific service arrangements.

In this world of grim and violence, safety is of utmost importance in an educational institution such as DdOSC – Montevista Branch. To ensure the safety of the faculty, staff, and students, identification cards should always be procured and worn inside the campus.

Following this premise, students who still have no IDs or have temporary IDs are obliged to go to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (SAS) office to have their IDs processed as soon as possible.

Your willful compliance to the safety standards of this educational institution will contribute to the meaningful service and continued safe learning environment.

Golden Greetings!

To mark the beginning of our school term and foster a clean and safe learning environment for the first semester of the AY 2026-2027, the Student Affairs and Services Unit will be conducting Students’ General Orientation and Campus Clean-Up Drive for the faculty, staff, and students of Davao De Oro State College - Montevista Campus onAugust 13, 2026.

Students’ General Orientation will be held at the Campus Gymnasium at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Students are required to wear their official school uniform. The orientation will provide comprehensive discussions on key topics, including school policies, academic guidelines, campus services, student rights and responsibilities, alongside the formal introduction of faculty and staff members.

Following the orientation, a Clean-Up Drive will be held at different areas of the campus starting from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The students are expected to bring cleaning tools such as rags, brooms, trash bags, or gloves and to bring appropriate attire suitable for cleaning activities. Faculty and staff are also expected to head the clean-up drive.

Please be advised that mandatory roll calls will be conducted during both the morning orientation and the afternoon clean-up sessions to verify attendance.

In relation to this event, all faculty and staff members who will be participating in the orientation discussions are mandated to submit an updated PowerPoint presentation.
