𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 successfully conducted an important day of collaboration, preparation, and partnership with our 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟏 & 𝟏𝟐 learners and their parents/guardians.

The 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 provided our 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟐 learners with essential guidance as they prepared to enter their workplace training, helping them understand their responsibilities, expectations, workplace etiquette, and the value of gaining real-world experience.

The 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 also strengthened the partnership between the school and families, ensuring that our learners received the guidance and support they needed throughout their academic journey.

Meanwhile, the 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 served as a meaningful opportunity to recognize our learners’ efforts, progress, and accomplishments during the first term. 📝🎓

𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗪𝗢-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

San Isidro Senior High School successfully concluded Day 2 of the Capacity Building on the Alignment of Classroom and National Assessment: 2026 In-Service Training for Teachers, a PRC-accredited program with CPD units, with another meaningful day of professional learning and collaboration.

Our teachers explored how to design 𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗔-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘀, guided by Ms. Maria Cecilia SJ. Salvosa, Master Teacher I, followed by a session on 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗔-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 with Ms. Jenneth D. Reyes, Master Teacher I.

The training concluded with the development of our 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 (𝗪𝗔𝗣), facilitated by our School Head, Dr. Marivic B. Cabañero, giving our teachers an opportunity to think about how they can bring what they learned into their own classrooms.

The day also culminated in the 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 to our dedicated teachers and facilitators in recognition of their active participation and commitment to professional learning.

But beyond the certificates and CPD units, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. It provided opportunities to strengthen assessment practices, think more critically about how we measure learning, and translate new knowledge into meaningful classroom experiences.

As teachers continue to learn and grow, they become better equipped to help our Batang Isidoreans develop the critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world skills they need for the future.

San Isidro Senior High School successfully began Day 1 of the 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗻-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, a 𝙋𝙍𝘾-𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙋𝘿 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙨, focused on strengthening teachers’ knowledge and skills in assessment.

More than earning CPD units, this training is an opportunity for our teachers to learn, reflect, and improve the practices they bring into the classroom. Strengthening assessment literacy means creating assessments that are more purposeful, fair, and aligned with what our learners need to know and achieve.
