ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 14

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 126, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 14, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall likewise be implemented in these areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Samantala, ang pagpapasya hinggil sa pagsususpinde ng klase sa mga kolehiyo at pribadong paaralan ay ipinauubaya sa kani-kanilang pamunuan.

Patuloy na sundin ang mga opisyal na abiso ng ating Pamahalaang Bayan.

📚 STRENGTHENING FOUNDATIONAL LITERACY IN KEY STAGE 1! 📖✨

In continuous support of the National Learning Recovery Program (NLRP), San Jose Elementary School successfully conducted a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) session today titled:
📌 "Strengthening Foundational Literacy in Key Stage 1: Evidence-Based Strategies for Effective Reading Instruction"

Facilitated by Ma’am Analiza Pastor, Master Teacher I, alongside our dedicated Grade 2 and Grade 3 Teachers, the session focused on equipping educators with research-backed reading strategies and evidence-based interventions to boost reading proficiency and address learning gaps among our Key Stage 1 learners.

The productive collaborative learning sessions were held at the Conference Room in two schedules:
⏰ 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (For Afternoon Teachers)
⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (For Morning Teachers)

Through continuous professional development and shared best practices, SJES teachers remain committed to nurturing strong, proficient readers for a brighter future! 💙❤️

🤝 BUILDING STRONGER PARTNERSHIPS FOR OUR LEARNERS! 🤝
San Jose Elementary School proudly announces the successful Election and Oath-Taking Ceremony of the new School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Officers for the upcoming school year!

The election took place last July 17, 2026, followed by the official Oath-Taking Ceremony on July 24, 2026, where our newly elected parent and teacher leaders pledged their commitment and service to the SJES community.

The activity was headed by our dedicated School Principal, Dr. Melchor G. Reyes, and facilitated by Head Teacher Daniel Charles M. Caudill, with invaluable assistance from our school clerks, Ms. Janice Pauline Atienza and Mrs. Josephine Agustin.

Congratulations to all our newly elected SPTA Officers! We look forward to a fruitful collaboration towards a brighter future for our young learners. 🌟
