𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

A productive discussion was conducted between Octa-M Institute of Technology Inc. and the 25th Infantry “Fireball” Battalion, Philippine Army regarding a possible collaboration in agricultural skills development. With us during the discussion were CPT ALJON L. MALINAB (INF) PA and SSG JOHN REY S. RAMIREZ (INF) PA, representing the 25th Infantry “Fireball” Battalion, Philippine Army.

The discussion focused on possible agricultural skills training programs, including Organic Agriculture Production NC II, Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II, and other relevant agricultural qualifications based on the needs of the participants. The collaboration may involve the provision of qualified trainers, training facilities, learning resources, hands-on practical activities, and competency assessment support.

The proposed partnership aims to strengthen agricultural skills, promote sustainable livelihood opportunities, and contribute to food security and community development. Both parties expressed interest in further discussing the training requirements, target participants, schedules, resources, and other arrangements for the successful implementation of the proposed agricultural skills training programs.

Kini nga kalampusan nagpakita sa among padayon nga pagtuman sa mga sumbanan, polisiya, ug kalidad nga gikinahanglan sa TESDA sa paghatag ug technical-vocational education ug training ubos sa UTPRAS (Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System).

Among kinasingkasing nga pasalamat ang 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 ug sa mga technical experts alang sa ilang giya, pag-validate, ug suporta sa tibuok proseso sa inspeksyon. Dako usab among pagdayeg sa among mga trainers, staffs, ug management nga nagpakita sa tinuoray nga dedikasyon ug paningkamot aron makab-ot kini nga mahinungdanong kalampusan.

Padayon kaming magpabiling lig-on sa among misyon sa paghatag ug dekalidad, may kalabutan, ug episyenteng mga programa sa pagbansay aron maandam ang among mga estudyante alang sa trabaho, pagnegosyo, ug malungtarong kalampusan sa kinabuhi.

Gahapong adlawa, gipahigayon ang Culmination Program alang sa mga trainees gikan sa Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT), ug Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU), human sa malampuson nilang pagkompleto sa ilang On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Gitambongan kini ni Ma'am Melchris Balili, BSAF Program Head sa DNSC, ug ni Ma'am Rhegyn D. Tocmo, OJT Coordinator sa DNSC, isip pagpakita sa ilang suporta ug pag-ila sa dedikasyon ug paningkamot sa mga trainees atol sa ilang On-the-Job Training.

Sulod sa ilang OJT, nahimong aktuwal nga kasinatian ang mga leksyon nga ilang natun-an sa classroom. Dili lamang sila nakapalambo sa ilang teknikal nga kahibalo ug kahanas, apan natudloan usab sa responsibilidad, disiplina, maayong pakig-uban sa uban, ug sa kahinungdanon sa propesyonalismo sa trabaho.

Ang matag buluhaton nga ilang gihimo ug matag hagit nga ilang nasinati nahimong lig-on nga pundasyon sa ilang pag-andam isip umaabot nga mga propesyonal. Labaw sa tanan, ang Culmination Program dili lamang selebrasyon sa ilang nahuman, kondili usa usab ka pagpangandam alang sa sunod nga yugto sa ilang propesyonal nga panaw.
