Hello! I’m Jeckriz Garnodo Baloco, a 17-year-old student from Section Socrates of Raymundo Bocboc Daza Stand Alone Senior High School. I live in Brgy. Makiwalo Zone 1, Mondragon, Northern Samar, and this is my Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Portfolio.
I made this page to share my activities, reflections, and everything I’ve learned in our MIL class. Through this platform, I want to show how media influences the way we think, communicate, and understand the world around us. This portfolio is a part of my school journey and my growth as a student who is learning to use media wisely and responsibly.
What media means to me?
For me, media is something that helps me learn and stay connected to what’s happening around me. I use it to get information, watch things that entertain me, and find ideas I can use in real life. Media also helps me express myself and share things that are important to me.
