SU***DE AWARENESS MONTH | SEPTEMBER

Changing the Narrative, One Heart at a Time.

Sometimes, what a person needs most is not advice—but someone willing to listen.

This Su***de Awareness Month, let us change the way we talk about mental health. Let us create spaces where people feel safe to speak, where struggles are met with understanding, and where asking for help is seen as **strength, not weakness.

At the SAFE Center – CPSU Moises Padilla, we want you to know:

We are here to listen.
We are here to care.
We are here to support you.
There is always hope.

You don't have to carry everything alone. Your story matters. You matter.

Let us be a community that listens before judging, reaches out before it's too late, and reminds one another that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Change the narrative. One conversation. One connection. One heart at a time.
