🏕️ Building Character, Leadership, and Service Through Scouting!🌿

Five dedicated scouts from Sayao Elementary School, accompanied by their adult leaders, Mrs. Merissa Lyn Malbog and Ms. Marie Pearl Ganibo, proudly participated in the Battle of Paye Councilwide Advancement Camp held at Balimbing Elementary School.

Throughout the camp, our scouts actively took part in various meaningful activities, including the Scout Palaro, Led to Lead Parade, and Life and Safety Skills, where they demonstrated teamwork, discipline, leadership, and practical scouting knowledge.

A significant highlight of the camp was the Board of Review, where the scouts underwent assessment for their advancement in rank—from Membership to Tenderfoot, Tenderfoot to Second Class, and Second Class to First Class. This milestone reflects their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to living by the ideals of scouting.

Sayao Elementary School congratulates our young scouts for embracing every challenge with courage and enthusiasm. May this experience inspire them to continue growing as responsible, resilient, and service-oriented leaders in their school and community.

Sayao Elementary School proudly participated in the Provincial Battle of Paye Encampment, where our Girl Scouts demonstrated leadership, discipline, teamwork, and the true spirit of scouting through various engaging activities and outdoor experiences.

This meaningful event provided valuable opportunities for our scouts to develop essential life skills, build lasting friendships, and grow as responsible young leaders.

Our Gulayan sa Paaralan continues to bear fruit as we harvest fresh, nutritious vegetables that are now being used in our School Feeding Program.

This initiative reflects the values of teamwork, sustainability, and proper nutrition by providing our learners with healthy meals while promoting the importance of growing our own food.

Today, Sayao Elementary School warmly welcomed the evaluators from the Municipal Nutrition Office of Mogpog for the Gulayan sa Paaralan evaluation, held in celebration of Nutrition Month 2026 with the theme, "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan."

More than just a garden, our Gulayan sa Paaralan serves as a learning space where pupils discover the importance of proper nutrition, environmental care, sustainable gardening, and food security. It reflects our shared commitment to nurturing healthy learners and a healthier environment.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to the Municipal Nutrition Office of Mogpog for spearheading this meaningful initiative that inspires schools to cultivate healthy eating habits, environmental awareness, and community participation.

After nearly six years of dedicated service, Sayao Elementary School bids a heartfelt farewell to Sir Reggie Historillo as he embarks on a new chapter in his teaching journey.

🌱 Growing Healthy Gardens, Growing Knowledge! 🌿

As part of our Gulayan sa Paaralan program, an orientation-workshop was conducted to capacitate learners and parents on the proper preparation and use of organic fertilizers and organic pesticides. This valuable activity equipped participants with practical knowledge and sustainable farming practices that promote safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly vegetable production.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Johndick Garcia from the Department of Agriculture for serving as our resource person and for sharing his expertise and commitment to empowering our school community.

Together, we are cultivating not only healthy crops but also responsible stewards of the environment—one garden at a time. 🌾💚

🌱 Bayanihan para sa Gulayan sa Paaralan 🌱

Naging matagumpay ang isinagawang Soil and Seed Preparation para sa ating Gulayan sa Paaralan sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng mga magulang at SELG Officers. Ang mga magulang ay nanguna sa paghahanda ng lupa habang ang mga SELG Officers naman ay aktibong nakibahagi sa paghahanda ng mga binhi.

Maraming salamat sa inyong oras, sipag, at suporta. Ang sama-samang pagkilos na ito ay isang hakbang tungo sa mas luntiang paaralan at mas masaganang kinabukasan para sa ating mga mag-aaral. 🌿💚
