The Department of Education reminds all personnel to strictly observe the proper handling of learners’ photos, videos, and personal data online.

We must uphold every child’s right to privacy, safety, and dignity in both physical and digital spaces.

✔️ Secure written informed consent from parents/guardians
✔️ Use only official school/DepEd platforms
✔️ Coordinate with the Guidance Designate and School Head before posting
✔️ Do not reveal full names, grade levels, addresses, or personal info
✔️ Blur or cover learners’ faces and data when needed
❌ Avoid posting content that may cause embarrassment or safety risks
❌ No posting for personal branding, vlogging, or monetization
❌ Do not post disciplinary-related photos or sensitive classroom footage
