It was a blissful day indeed as the graduating classes of SY 2024-2025 converged for a meaningful encounter that marked the 1st Recollection organized and facilitated by the elementary and secondary teachers of Calbasaan Integrated School headed by its School Head, Maria Sharon P. Abellaneda.
The desire to ensure that every child is holistically developed and nurtured, paved way to the realization of this long time dream of having each candidate for graduation/moving up go through an uplifting and life-changing experience that will creatively remind them on the significance of oneself, family, friends, moments before they finally close a chapter of their lives taking with them a sense of gratitude and appreciation of the joy, faith, hope and love shared among the entire educating community of CIS.
A series of remarkable input and workshop on rediscovering one’s relationship with God, self, family, and community, with memorable reflection and sharing sessions in between lesson, commenced the morning session. Significantly, a praise and worship gathering at a hilltop, highlighting motivational songs and prayers, wrapped up the afternoon session; this meaningfully ended the day for the G10 moving up and G6 graduation candidates.
