Last November 21, Sto. Rosario National High School received an early holiday blessing that brought joy not only to the campus grounds but also to the hearts of its learners. Through the generosity of Progear, a large donation of school uniforms and apparel—t-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, and coveralls—was handed over to benefit 1,100 Junior and Senior High School learners, including seven Special Needs Education (SNED) learners.

The simple turnover felt like a celebration on its own. Students and teachers alike couldn’t hide their smiles as boxes of neatly packed clothing were opened, each item symbolizing comfort, confidence, and support for every learner’s journey. For many, these uniforms weren’t just pieces of fabric—they were reminders that the community believes in them and is cheering for their success.

As the holidays draw near, this heartfelt gesture from Progear serves as an early gift that warms the season. It strengthens the school’s spirit of inclusivity and reminds everyone that kindness truly makes the biggest difference.

Ang tema ng World Tsunami Awareness Day 2025 ay "Be Tsunami Ready: Invest in Tsunami Preparedness" kung saan hinihikayat ang bawat bansa na itaguyod ang resilience building measures na poprotekta sa mga buhay, kabuhayan, at ekonomiya laban sa mga mapanganib na epekto ng tsunami mula sa lahat ng pinagmumulan nito, upang makait ang layunin ng Sendai Framework na mabawasan ang disaster losses.
