The Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) convened the meeting of the Higher Education Unit (HEU) Recognized Clubs and Organizations (RCOs) today at the EMRC. The gathering served as an orientation for student organization officers and representatives on the policies, guidelines, and institutional procedures governing the conduct of student activities.

During the orientation, participants were briefed on the proper procedures for organizing both on-campus and off-campus activities, official communication protocols, social media publication guidelines, and the college’s safety and security policies. These discussions aim to ensure that all recognized student organizations uphold institutional standards and promote responsible leadership throughout the academic year.

The meeting also included the election of the HEU RCO officers, who will serve as the coordinating body among recognized student organizations and work in partnership with the Office of the Student Affairs and Services in advancing student engagement and leadership initiatives.
