🌟SCICOMATH LAUNCHING DAY 2026🌟

Get ready, Junior Dameans! SciCoMath officially kicks off on September 24, 2026, at 7:00 AM! Join us for a morning filled with teamwork, strategy, knowledge, and exciting challenges.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 – LAUNCHING DAY (7:00 AM)

MORNING ACTIVITIES

1. Opening Program
2. TOWER CUP GAME
Mechanics:
3. Each grade level shall have 5 participants.
4. Each team shall be provided with cups and one rubber band with strings attached.
5. Each participant shall hold one string attached to the rubber band.
6. Participants shall not touch the cups directly with their hands.
7. The team shall use the rubber band to pick up, move, and arrange the cups.
8. The cups must be stacked to form a stable tower.
9. Team members may communicate and work together throughout the activity.
10. If a cup falls, it must be retrieved using only the rubber band and strings.
11. The first team to successfully complete the tower within the allotted time shall be declared the winner.
12. Directly touching the cups shall result in disqualification.

SCICOMATH TRIVIA QUIZ
Mechanics:
1. The Trivia Quiz shall be open to all students.
2. Each grade level shall be given three (3) trivia questions covering Science, Mathematics, and Computer-related topics.
3. Questions shall be appropriate to the students’ grade level.
4. The facilitator shall read each trivia question twice.
5. Students who know the answer shall proceed to the designated area at the front.
6. The first participant to reach the designated area shall be given the opportunity to answer the question.
7. If the first participant gives an incorrect answer, the facilitator may give another participant the opportunity to answer.

🌎 Ecological Footprint — measures the amount of land and water needed to support our lifestyle and provide the resources we consume.

👣 Carbon Footprint — refers to the total amount of greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide (CO₂), released into the atmosphere through our activities.
