Strengthening Minds. Building Stronger Teachers.
The NDMC College of Education, in partnership with the College Guidance Office headed by Ma’am Maria Fe S. The program began with Ms. Sherlie Jubacon-Naiz, School Psychometrician, who interpreted the Gordon Personal Profile Test (GPPT) results administered to the fourth-year pre-service teachers on July 6, 2026. She discussed the personality dimensions of ascendancy, responsibility, emotional stability, and sociability, along with the students' group profiles.
Ms. Kristine C. Morales, RPm, CHRA, facilitated the Traffic Jam team-building activity and conducted sessions on Psychological and Mental Health First Aid, while Mr. Ronilo S. Dela Peña led the Pledge of Commitment.
Together with Ms. Maria Fe S. Mahinay, RGC, RPm, the resource speakers equipped the fourth-year pre-service teachers with the emotional resilience, teamwork, empathy, and compassion needed to foster healthy and supportive learning environments as they prepare for their Field Study 1 and 2 and Teaching Internship.
