Dear Parents and Guardians,

We would like to inform you of the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. 32, Series of 2026, which revises Ordinance No. 11, Series of 1998, concerning the curfew for minors within the Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

Under this ordinance, persons below eighteen (18) years of age are prohibited from wandering, loitering, roaming, or staying in public placesโ€”including streets, alleys, roads, parks, plazas, wharves, markets, beaches, and other similar public areasโ€”from 10:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M., unless otherwise allowed under the provisions of the ordinance.

As partners in your children's education, we encourage all parents and guardians to familiarize themselves with the ordinance and help ensure that our learners comply with its provisions. Your guidance and supervision are essential in promoting the safety, discipline, and well-being of our students.

Yesterday, Bolocboloc High School successfully held its First General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) Meeting and State of the School Address (SOSA) for School Year 2026โ€“2027.

The event served as an important platform to share the school's accomplishments, current initiatives, priorities, and future plans, while strengthening the partnership between the school and our parents, guardians, and other stakeholders. It also provided an opportunity to discuss key programs and collaborative efforts aimed at supporting the holistic development and academic success of our learners.
