Miagao Central Elementary School declares Class Suspension Due to Heavy Rainfall.

In view of the continuous heavy rainfall and for the safety of all learners, classes are hereby suspended today, July 24, 2026.

Parents and guardians are advised to ensure that their children accomplish the learning packets provided by their respective class advisers while staying safely at home. Please encourage them to answer the activities diligently and keep in touch with their advisers for any updates or instructions.

We encourage everyone to prioritize safety, remain indoors whenever possible, and monitor official announcements from the school and local authorities.

A day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration as elementary school learners and teachers from Cluster 1 gathered for the 1st Congressional District Journalism Training at Miagao Central Elementary School.. The training provided an opportunity to enhance journalistic skills, exchange best practices, and strengthen our commitment to developing young campus journalists.

Thank you to all the resource speakers, organizers, and participating learners and teachers for making this training meaningful and successful.

MCES II: This Friday afternoon, the learners, teachers, and staff of Miagao Central Elementary School actively participated in the Flag Retreat Ceremony, followed by a fun and energizing Zumba session that promoted physical fitness, wellness, and camaraderie among everyone.

After the activity, important reminders were given by DR. SUZANNE S. BASCO, to the learners regarding safety, cleanliness, discipline, and preparation for the coming school days.

The afternoon concluded with a heartfelt prayer, thanking God for His guidance and protection throughout the week and asking for safe travels as everyone headed home.

May this meaningful Friday activity continue to inspire unity, good health, and a positive school spirit among the MCES family. Have a blessed and restful weekend everyone! 💙💛
